Course Description:
The Psychology of Teaching and Learning of Mathematics is a specialized field that focuses on the Cognitive and Affective factors involved in Teaching and Learning in Mathematics. Participants in a Psychology of Teaching Mathematics course will gain a deep understanding of the Psychological and Pedagogical factors that impact Mathematics Teaching and Learning, and how to apply this knowledge to design effective Instructional Strategies and Interventions to support diverse learners in Mathematics.
